A photographer friend called me one day and asked if I could meet with a client of his regarding a portrait of her daughter, who had passed away at Christmas time at too young of an age. She had a really cute candid shot she had taken with her cell phone and every time she tried to print it out, the resolution was horrible, unless she kept it at the original 2" x 3" size. She had the photographer try to enlarge it, but to no avail. He thought of me and asked if I could possibly meet with her. I agreed, and told her I would see what I could do. She provided me with some other larger photos for reference, but wanted the pose from the photo she took with the cell phone. When I finished the piece and the mother saw it for the first time, tears came down her face and she thanked me for restoring a precious memory that was so vivid in her mind. I thank the Lord for letting me be a part of that blessing.
